Merchandise may be returned or exchanged for full refund/exchange provided:

• The item has been purchased with in the last 30 days.
• The item is in its original purchased condition or package.
• The item has the original tags attached.
• The original receipt must accompany return.
• The return is not a discontinued item or final sale item.

Merchandise returns or exchanges without a receipt:

• A 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
• The item must be in its original purchased condition or package.
• The item must have original tags attached.

• The return is not a discontinued item or final sale item.

The Council reserves the right to determine if an item’s condition is returnable for resale.

All individual refunds are issued to a credit/debit card. If a credit/debit card is not available a check request will be completed. Check requests take 2 weeks to process.
